Very useful for shoulder work. I deal with previous rotator cuff surgery and currently have arthritis on both sides. (70+ years old, lots of mileage). Simple exercises help both mobility and strengthening. Well made product, well worth it.
I love these clubs. Very clean look, balanced, and just fun to use. I have several other more expensive wooden and steel clubs, I make sure to use these in all my workouts. Highly recommend them and eagerly awaiting the 9’lbs version if they decide to make them.
